Combine packages
Several U.S. orders, one international shipment.
Packages from different stores arrive under the same suite. When you are ready, ask us to combine the eligible ones so you pay one international carrier charge instead of one per box. Combining does not change the duties your country assesses on the goods.
Photos
See what arrived before you ship.
Request photos of a package after it is in the warehouse. Useful for checking condition or confirming the retailer sent the right thing before you pay to ship it.
Repack
A tighter box when the original packaging is wasteful.
Ask for a repack when the retailer box is oversized or you want items packed more tightly for the international leg. You request it on that package in your account.
Split
Turn one inbound package into more than one outbound box.
If a package contains more than one declared item, you can ask us to split it so pieces can ship separately — for example to different addresses, or so one item can wait. Split is only offered when there are enough units to divide.
Returns
Send an item back to a U.S. retailer.
If the store accepts a return to a U.S. address, you can request a return from your account. We cannot make a retailer take something back if their own return rules do not allow it.
Fees for a service, if any, are shown in your account when you request it — not as sample prices here. The path a package takes is on How it works.
